We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email rewindpoint@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
